We did a board on fast food facts and how many of us eat way more than we realize. The board highlighted local food establishments in our area and gave some examples of the types of food items that are routinely served there. Each item was broken down into calories and fat content. This information can easily be found on the web. We used a great piece of clipart that showed Ronald McDonald supersized and used a bright food border to set it all off.
