Pink Shake
This recipe makes 6 one-cup servings of a delicious and pretty smoothie. Make this yummy pink shake for breakfast or have it as a cool drink to pick you up on a hot day! Tofu adds a punch of protein and creaminess without compromising any of the fruity flavor from the strawberries, banana, and orange juice. With no added sugar, this shake can also be a great healthy dessert.

Ingredients
1 pk silken tofu
2 c orange juice
1⁄4 c low-fat or non-fat milk
1 c strawberries (fresh or frozen)
1 banana
Instructions
- Wash hands and the rinse strawberries before getting started.
- Place all ingredients in a blender.
- Cover and blend until smooth.
Notes
If you are using fresh strawberries you may need to add up to 1 cup of ice to keep the smoothie cold.
Try adding blueberries, raspberries, or blackberries in place of strawberries for a different flavor and color.
Substitute fortified soy milk for low-fat or non-fat milk for a dairy free option.
